REGISTER?

New Patients

We welcome new patients to the practice. Patients over 45 will be invited for a blood pressure check with the practice nurse to assess general health and alert us to any problems.

We have interpreters available to assist patients who do not speak English, but we have to be given a few days' notice to arrange this.

CHANGE MY PERSONAL DETAILS?

If you change your name, address or telephone number please let us know immediately. If you move outside the practice area it will be neccessary for you to find a doctor in your new area.

The Health Authority (0161 236 9456) will help you if you experience any difficulty. The instructions regarding moving to another area are on your medical card; please read it and keep it in a safe place.
