Lynn plays a major role in the daily running of the practice. She is available to help with any administration or non-medical aspects of your health care and she is also available to discuss any suggestions or complaints.

The receptionists are your first link with the rest of the practice. They will try in every way to help you. Our staff always aim to be courteous and we greatly value their contribution to the smooth running of the surgery. Their job is very demanding and they often have to do several things at once. So please be patient.

The practice nurses are available by appointment. They can help you with injections and cervical smears.

They can also advise on travel immunisations and a wide variety of health issues, but will refer you to the doctor if your condition requires it.

All are accessible to the practice.

A counselling service is available to patients who feel that their day-to-day problems are affecting their health. Our practice counsellor, Moira Russon, is available via consultation with one of the doctors.

Citizens Advice Bureau

We also have access to this service at our surgery. Patients can be referred via the GP if they are suffering from stress due to problems with finances, housing, employment etc.
